• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers or contributors be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

• Backing up your clipboard history if desired

CopyHotKey stores clipboard data locally on your machine. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of CopyHotKey at any time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. You are not obligated to install updates, but we recommend keeping the software up to date for security and functionality improvements.

8. Third-Party Components

CopyHotKey may include or depend on third-party open source components, each subject to its own license terms. These components are listed in the project repository.

Your use of CopyHotKey is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data (spoiler: we don't collect any).
